Evaluating students is both an important but also highly ethical issue. It is vital for teacher to understand the goals and different ways of evaluation and how it affects students. Teacher must have clear principals in his/hers evaluation that follow the school guidelines and/or national curriculum. I think this unit highlighted some very important issues regarding evaluation. It also demonstrated different tests / exams that weren't all familiar to me.This Unit was about some common problems that EFL teachers might have to face. Having over a year of experience, I can relate to most of these problems. The tips are reasonable but not extraordinary special. Unfortunately I don't have the time and resources (both financially and teaching materials) to prepare a variety of activities for large classes. Teaching a class of 25 students varying from elementary to upper-intermediate level was a huge challenge.
