I enjoyed this section because I learned a few different things I didn't know about. The first of which being the tools I could use to evaluate my students at the beginning of the course so as not to waste there time with material that was too easy or intimidate them with English concepts that might be viewed as too difficult for their current levels as well as a way to keep track of their progress through out the duration of the classes they would be taking.I enjoyed watching these two videos, and learning from what was good and bad in both. In the first video, English is my first language, and I was having trouble answering the teacher's questions. I was also actually cringing during the first video; it was painful to watch. The second video was much more enjoyable to watch. The atmosphere and feeling in the classroom were so much better. It is amazing to see just how much the teacher impacts the students.
