There are many equipment and teaching aids which can be used to make the lessons more exciting and less dependent on a text book. These aids vary from low tech chalk boards to computer-aided language learning resources.
Knowing how to use even the simplest of aids can make the lesson more effective. For example, planning what to write and how to arrange it on a white board can be done on a piece of paper before the lesson starts.
I learned some good ideas on how to effectively use DVDs to aid teaching, as well as a vast number of links to helpful websites.In the Unit 8 I learned about the future tenses, the most complex area of English language. This unit completed the tenses system of this course. I learned the structures and usages of the future tenses and I assimilated ideas for classroom activities.
As mentioned in the course, so many different tenses and ideas can be used with future meanings. I could analize and observe the seven most common ones: the future simple, the future continuous, the future perfect, the future perfect continuous, be going+infinitive, the present simple and the present continuous.
