Gestures, eye contact,and the use of one's voice is another way to make a class interesting whiles promoting a sense of belonging for the learner. Group work is a nice w@y of increasing students' talk time and establishing rapport between students. Maintaining discipline in the classroom at all times is very important and should be handled with a lot of care and precision as students come from different backgrounds.
