Again, with tenses, I had always had trouble remembering the rules, but the past tense is quite similar to the present tense structure. There seem to be fewer concepts being: past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. The big difference between the past tense and present tense would be the exceptions of irregular verbs when you're putting them into past simple. Those ones, to me you learn from using them in everyday English language.This unit dealt with potential problems that may arise in the classroom. These problems may come from students' difficulty with the language or the teacher either moving too fast or not quickly establishing rapport with the class. The unit also gave advice for how to handle larger classes and reluctant students. For many problems, it seems that there is no set solution, but instead the teacher must use common sense and their own judgement to address these issues.
