This final unit covers troubleshooting and common problem situations that one may face as an EFL teacher. I believe the first lesson may be imperative as it establishes rapport with the students and also allows the teacher to get an idea of the level each student may be at when the course begins. \"Warmers\" give the teachers an opportunity to get the students excited about the class and learning English. These could include games such as Pictionary or Hangman. Having students in the same classroom be at different English levels may be one of the major difficulties an EFL teacher faces. Other difficulties may be the class size being quite large and also the use of the students' native language in the classroom. This unit teaches us how to deal with reluctant students as well as students who may have difficulties with listening texts.
