This section goes over teaching pronunciation and phonology. This unit is very detailed, covering everything from proper pronunciation to the deep intricacies of phonology. The phonology section is the most detailed, going over intonation, stress, and the phonemic alphabet. Each one of those 4 subsections of phonology has massive amounts of information explaining what each one is and how to properly use it and teach it. This unit probably gave me the most information than any other unit yet. That is because much of this is not really taught in American schools, since much of it is naturally learned via reproducing what we hear at young ages. This in depth look at phonology has allowed me to see the true depth of the English language and how much detail must be put into teaching this so as to pass along the proper knowledge to the students.
