Almost as a mirror to the Past structures, English offers a variety of Future forms to cover simple future fact, supposition and prediction, intention etc. and also to distinguish ongoing future processes ('This time next week we'll be flying ...') and deadlines ('By New Year we'll have sold the car'). Students also need to know a range of apparently illogical but common usages (e.g. Present Continuous for an action that isn't yet quite in progress: 'Fred is coming over for supper' ~ before he may even have put his shoes on). Fortunately from the motivational point of view, students investing their time and energies in doing an EFL course will probably have plans (maybe even with timescales) that they are eager to discuss, so should be positively disposed to learning, drilling and using these structures to share such ambitions with others.
