This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I have learnt from this unit that the future is one of the most complex areas of the English language. There are different ways to express the future. We can use the future simple tense mostly to indicate actions in future. We use the future continuous tense mostly to indicate actions in progress at the particular time in future. We can use the future perfect tense to indicate actions in the future that will be completed by the particular time in the future. We use the future perfect continuous tense to say how long something will have continued by a certain time in the future. We use be going + infinitive mostly to tell about our future plans or intentions which we thought about before speaking. We use the present simple tense mostly to tell about timetables or schedules. We use the present continuous tense for definite future arrangements.
