The content of this unit is based on class room management by the teacher to the learners of the the language ,the various methodology to implement while in class and to an extend the right of students in class as a whole. I have learnt in this unit the best turn a teacher is suppose to use in a class room depends on the situation and the result he or she wish to archive, and also how to avoid boredom in class and how to incite the students to focus in the lesson .Also the various ways of grouping the students in class to have an active and interesting class with good result .Unit fifteen covers the subject of testing and evaluation. Unit fifteen explores the varying testing methods and their corresponding purpose in the education process. For example placement test can be conducted prior to a students placement in a particular section of class based on their current language competency. A practice test given toward the middle of the course can prepare students for possible external examinations. Constant feed back through student evaluation allows the student to gain the insight and confidence for to self evaluation fostering the learning process.
