THIS CAN HELP THEM WHEN THEY ARE OUT, FOR EXAMPLE, AT THE LIBRARY, GROCERY STORE, PHARMACY, ETC. THEY ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PERSON IS ASKING OF THEM AND RESPOND IN A PROPER WAY. IF THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD LISTENING OR READING SKILLS, THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE CONFUSED QUITE OFTEN.
