This unit was one of the lessons that I was really looking forward to. I have come across difficulties in getting the methods of my new language teaching to be effective. I can now use this unit to help guide me through a new vocabulary and a grammar lesson. The details about what is good to include in each section is very useful. I can now make structured lessons that can really help each level of student. I will be implementing these techniques in my next class.This unit was the most difficult for me as is often the case for new ESL teacher. This is due largely to the fact that there are four present tenses, two of which relate to past actions. The most helpful tool for me is to use each tense in a sentence and luckily this unit presented multiple example sentences in both the text of the unit and the tasks assigned at the end of the unit. I know feel knowledgable of the preset tenses and feel qualified to teach them.
