Unit five is a very useful and interesting unit which covers various tools and strategies involved in classroom management. Some other significant points in order to attract the student?s attention and keep them involved are also presented including giving individual attention, teacher/student talking time, giving instructions, etc. Through this unit I have learned many methods and strategies to organize and manage the class, and to establish a friendly rapport with students while maintaining discipline.In this unit, I enjoyed so much the use of different aids in the classroom to help students understand better different parts of the lesson. My favorite so far is the Interactive White Board, since it allows students to create and interact with the lesson much faster and with more confidence. Having a cassette recorder it is very important to help students record their conversation and reflect on their pronunciation. But working with worksheets we can actually check their grammar and spelling for accuracy.
