Unit 6 - Past Tense. It is quite difficult to digest all the information in this Unit within a short period of time. I am quite confused especially the Past Perfect tense and the Past Perfect Continuous Tense. There should be more example of these tenses and using more clearer explanation. It is truly confusing especially come to the test unit, where student need to answer the question like which is the most suitable tenses that is being used in the question.This unit is covering the topic of the business english world.
One important topic is the cultural issues that should be considered when teaching in a foreign country. There are many good questions to ask in the first conversation, but it´s important to ask the right questions. Something I have learned is that, sarcasm and political topics should stay out of the class room. One important step to adapt is to use the countries way of greeting in the beginning.
