This unit discusses the tense system. Specifically, it describes the different kinds of present tenses that we have, their form, usages, student errors, and activate stage teaching ideas. I learned that there three forms, affirmative, negative, and question. I have also learned that it will be quite easy for students to get confused at what tense they should be speaking in, compared to the words that they are using, i.e. she watching T.V. Therefore, it is very important to encourage the correct use of the tense through stimulating activities.This Unit is a mirror of Present tense study; past simple, Past continuous,past perfect,past perfect continuous
I applied this grammar usage to make more sentences to have a various situation. Specially, knowing irregular verbs are important since english verbs contain lots of them. I liked the hint of Common mistakes/errors part so i can sort out this problem better when i get to teach.
Conjugating verbs based on its tense is always fun to practice, i think it gives a good brain exercises for the learner.Thank you of the well organized unit.
