There are many ways to carry out a lesson, but in this unit i learned how important it is to make the students feel comfortable. In the first lesson all the students were intimidated, and there was no room for mistakes. For the students to be able to learn, it is key that they feel accepted and have the room to make errors. If you have fun when learning a new language it will be easier to grasp the information and use the language in a correct way.In Unit 12, I was able to learn a lot more about speaking and writing as well as games and how they should be used in the classroom. This unit also looked at how teachers could encourage the students to interact during the lesson. I found it very helpful to see how this Unit gave me a step by step method of how on plan one of the creative speaking activities. I learned that \"free speaking activities are more concerned with fluency than accuracy\".
