The unit content permitted to refresh grammatical knowledge on the following topics: Active/Passive Voice, Modal Verbs and their usage, Relative Clauses. It was a great experience to recollect the grammar reading the unit. The essential knowledge of it was presented briefly and with great examples. I was able to write down everything for myself to be able to use in a class exactly like in this unit before giving test to my students. I love working on essential information like that, it makes my memory revise its knowledge briefly and quickly.In this unit, we cover the uses of modal auxiliary verbs and their functions, passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs. With the use of phrasal verbs, I could understand trying to teach it purely to the students could come off as unnatural and be a hard concept to grasp because these phrasal verbs are phrases that we use in English with the right context. From this unit, I found the relative clauses interesting in terms of using commas in the sentence and how it would change the meaning of it. I would become a lot more aware of this.
