While I was reading and studying this session of teaching, I was quite challenged because the teaching of reading and listening skills are very realistic and important in teaching, but it is very difficult to teach how. However, it guided me well enough how I could try to teach. It is again very important to find out in which students are interested in as the teacher because the motivation of students is very important in the learning. So, the engage phase is very important to open up.The basic principles of lesson planning are keep it simple,do not script the lesson,structure it,write the anticipated time for each activity in the margin,keep it flexible.Things to be included in lesson plan are learner objectives,personal aims,language points,teaching aids,anticipated problems,procedure,phase,timing,interaction,class level,number of students,date/time,teachers and observers name.while planning a lesson we must consider flexibility,goals,revision,variety and balance.
