Different ways to manage a class were taught in this unit. From seating arrangements to student grouping to communication techniques, various arrangements and techniques for these items have been discussed. Maintaining discipline and building rapport have also been described with appropriate responses outlined in dot points. I feel like I didn't learn as much apart from more communication techniques due to already knowing the pain of managing groups of 8 people online.What I liked mostly about this unit is the refreshment of my knowledge of the different conditionals; zero, first, second, third and mixed as well as the reported speech. I learned a lot about how I would introduce the reported speech to me students and had an overview of all stages of the lesson activities. The teaching ideas of both conditionals and reported speech was really inspiring. By each unit, I feel more and more confident of my self, my abilities and skills.
