In order to organize and manage a classroom effectively, a teacher must know how to properly arrange the classroom, interact with students, group students together, establish rapport, and maintain discipline within the classroom. Students should be able to comfortably work alone or in groups as well as feel comfortable asking the teacher for guidance. Students who are not comfortable in certain tasks should not be pushed as it could create uneasiness between that student and the teacher that could make further progress difficult.This unit was interesting to read about, mostly because it's information that you tend to forget when you are a native English speaker. It's these little things though, that come easy to a native speaker, but are usually the toughest for non native English speakers to understand or speak correctly. I think the way the time expressions was set up was a bit too wordy, and could have been written in a less confusing manner. It's not that the information was difficult to understand, just the way it was written was a tad difficult.
