In the last grammar lesson Modal verbs, passive voice, and phrasal verbs were taught. This unit was definitely the hardest unit I've learned so far. It first goes over Modal verbs which indicates ability, permission obligation and likelihood. Such verbs are could, can, may, might, must will, would etc. Next it goes over passive voice, which reflects stronger on the subject than the agent. It gives greater responsibility to the subject. Finally phrasal verbs which is an idiomatic phrase. IT usually contains an adverb or proposition.In this Unit I've learned about lesson planning, its' functions and principles. Functions of lesson planning are: an aid to planning, a working document and a record. The principles of lesson planning: keep it simple, do not scrip the lesson, write a time for each activity, check for a balance of skills and keep it flexible. Main things that should be included into lesson plan are: learner objectives, personal aims, language point, lesson flow, procedure, timing, level, number of students, date/time, teacher's and observer's names.
