There are many various people to learn English. This unit refers beginners, individual students, children, ESP groups and monolingual and multilingual students. Therefore, English teachers have to use right method and have suitable teaching technique and methods. Maybe some English teacher doesn't know about business and specific companies' works. However, Teachers should believe themselves and teach English what clients really need to learn through Needs Analysis and Needs Negotiation.The business English teacher has many roles, many of which apply across the teaching spectrum, such as instructor and facilitator while the policeman and psychologist roles may be of less import when teaching adults. Learners in the business environment may have stresses not found in the teaching of younger learners and flexibility is key. The presentation on the different methods was well done, I can see myself incorporating some of these methodologies into the various ESA framework.
