The ideal world would mean we have all the materials that we need. But since this is not an ideal world, we need to be flexible and use whatever we have to our highest advantage. We could combine all the good things that our course book offers, and incorporate the more relevant materials to make the learning experience interesting. That way, we do not burn out the drive of the learners to learn, and at the same time, with the use of created materials, we can reference the course book topics with our real time experiences, that way our learners will better understand the topic.I found this unit very helpful. It introduced some theories, methodologies and English teaching techniques. Having myself a couple of years experience in teaching, I quickly recognized correspondences to real, in class realities which I had not previously drawn together as done in this unit. It provided me some fresh and professional perspectives - the kinds which I have needed. Great. In regards to this test - I was surprised at my low score for Unit 2. I am hoping I have done better with this one. I hope to have 100% - and will be surprised if my score is under 90%. Submit!
