Unit 3 was amazing. Teachers are always told that they need to be extroverted to be good teachers. With this Unit, I learned that this is not true. If you know how to manage your classes properly, taking into account every single detail, your teaching timing will be successful. It is important that we pay attention to our gesture, the eye contact with the students, our tone of voice and other characteristics so the students can trust our professionalism and personality too. Unit 3 definitely changed my idea of how the class managing should be since it provided me with a lot of good techniques and its pros and cons. For example, I always like the \"Pairwork\" activities, however, I never noticed that the fact that they were constantly switching to their native language is because of the noise and the lack of understanding between them. Very good Unit!
