This unit discusses about the various problems the teacher encounter in the classroom and the various method to deal with it. In the new teaching position the teacher will have to meet a number of new classes for the first time. It is very important for the teacher to establish rapport with the students as it will be a great advantage for the rest of the course. These classes fall into two categories - New group & Existing group. In the new group the students may not know each other and some work has to be done to establish a rapport within the class and between the teacher and the class. But with the existing group it is much easy as they know each other and are comfortable with each other. They are also familiar with the EFL teaching.
