In this unit we watch 2 videos of an ESA lesson. In the first video we witness a teacher who is scowling and cold towards his students he does not get to know their names, is intimidating, and his instructions are unclear. The first lesson videos is showing an improper way of teaching a lesson. In the second video, we see the teacher introducing himself and learning the students names to build rapport. We see the teacher in a good mood and smiling. He also starts with an engaging activity for the \"engage\" stage of the lesson which was a great way to get the students in a mod to engage and be involved in the lesson. he was encouraging and kept the students in the loop when when it came to timing of activities. He used pictures and a relate-able subject to help teach modal aux. verbs. The second lesson video depicted a more correct way to teach a lesson.
