In the Unit four of this course I learned about materials available for use in the classroom and how the materials can be introduced in our lesson planning. I studied about the authentic and non-authentic materials along with advantages and disadvantages of each category.
Another topic covered in the course refer to lesson planning: the importance of creating one, what should be on a lesson plan and how to use it.
I read about book resources such as course books and what they consist on usually , as well as how to adapt it properly according to my particular situation. Using the internet provides a multitude of materials as well and I was recommended many useful sites that I can use as resources for teaching in my classroom.
The last important topic covered during this course is about classroom management and how to create the best learning environment.
