This unit had given both the student and the teacher a particularly good view of where they each stand in their class. The students observe and notice things the teacher does and will often see things he or she does not want to see, i.e., the teachers picking his nose. This can lead to a very difficult time in the classroom or setting where the lesson is held.
The teacher should always be on the lookout for a burst of excellence from any student as this can be used as a compliment to the student wich will always serve as a \"buck up\" for him or her. These things are very important as the student should be encouraged daily to achieve better and better work in class. A teacher who cannot compliment a student is not the best teacher-quality and should work on it.
This unit will bring both teacher and students closer together and encourage better learning.
