This unit is an overview of the grammar of English and shows me the importance of having clear understanding, before teaching it. Without good grammar, clear communication is nearly impossible. It gives confidence to many of my students, that they are not misunderstood while expressing their thoughts and ideas.
Unfortunately, there is no shortcut to learning English grammar. The unit helps and shows me the simplest forms of the sentence structure, how to form it correctly. I could learn about traditional parts of speech: the noun, the adjective, the verb, the adverb, the preposition, the conjunction, etc. They were covered in details individually. The content was clear and well organized.
In conclusion, I would like to say that everything I learned here helps me to develop a better understanding of my job so that I can help others as well.
