In this unit what got me most confused are the three parts under the phrasal verbs: intransitive, transitive separable and transitive inseparable. After taking the exercises I understand that for intransitive phrasal verbs, can not be followed by a direct objects. The difference between transitive separable and transitive inseparable is about whether the phrasal verbs can be separated or not. For example, turn on the radio can be written like turn the radio on. But get on with has to be together and can not be separated.This unit covered a range of Equipment and teaching aids available to be utilized in language learning. White/Blackboards have long been in use as the focal point of a classroom. Dictionaries, Course books, Resource books, Worksheets/Work cards, and other Visual aids are also very helpful to assist in lessons. However, some other technology based teaching aids such as audio/video players/recorders, Interactive White Boards, photocopiers, Computers require different levels of technical training to be effectively employed.
