In this unit,I learned the classification of sounds,correct pronunciation, properties, and pattern.It talks about the stress,rhythm,intonation and phonemes. In connection with this, I was practicing and I was able to produce the correct sound and pronunciation of words.Using it correctly and appropriately and correctly makes me feel more confident talking to people and feel more professional. In general,this unit gave me the foundation of sounds, the materials and guide to use.It's a part of the learning process that every teacher should know.This unit focused, as advertised, on the use of vairous classroom aides, from the ubiquitous board (black or white) to traditional media (visual aides, dictionaries, audio and video recordings) to more recent, computer and smart phone-based developments (computers, IWBs, video recording, podcasts) collectively referred to using the acronym CALL (computer assisted language learning). Definitions and effective methods for using each of these aides were covered, but perhaps most useful of all, an extensive list of online resources was presented.
