I felt that this section was a great refresher for concepts that I learned in grade school, but had not focused on since then. I think often times the English language is taken for granted and is easily misused in daily life due to the complexities of the tenses and verb mixing. This section has helped me to build upon my English language background to help not only my English language learners, but my future students in the United States.Conditional sentence can be hard for students to understand but there are some teaching methods that can help the students practice. Split sentences, complete condition, chain conditional, what a question, Nuclear bunker role play, and what would happen if... are some examples of method the teacher can use to teach conditional. When teaching reported speech it is important to include how the past tense and pronouns change from direct speech.
