This unit provides all of the different resources that can aid a teacher in teaching an English lesson. The most valuable part of this lesson is the stacks of resources to look into and potentially use when actually putting a lesson plan together. The other major part of this lesson is that I need to make sure to prepare fully and completely whenever I plan on using particular materials to be sure that if there are problems, I have a backup plan ready and don't get caught in an embarrassing situation.The ESA lesson plan method applied in the second video demonstrates how the classroom environment becomes safe and enjoyable for students. Thus activating the reasoning and enthusiasm to absorb the content. Each student arrives in the classroom with their problems and personal life situations. So a dynamic class is talented, motivating students and correcting errors in an informative way.
In my opinion, the second video, the teacher can show the students their role of tutor by applying the ESA method.
