It was nice that the topic was more well-rounded and included young learners. The tips to keep the lesson interesting and relevant for the various types of audiences were helpful. Although I don't foresee teaching business english, I did find the information interesting. I like the idea of taking a survey and think it could be adapted to other audiences as well. Making authentic connections for the student to the material seems to be the common thread across the various settings.This section focused on the different types of students that a teacher might encounter. I think personally I would want to teach children or young learners, but I think the business English teaching could be really rewarding as well. Those adult learners are going to be more motivated to do actives or homework and they also may need to learn English in order to keep doing well at their jobs, these are highly motivating to do well, where children wouldn't necessarily feel the urgency.
