This unit focuses on common problems situations and troubleshooting that teachers can encounter in the classroom. Some of these problems are as follows; first lessons, warmers, different levels, large classes, use of native language, reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts. The best thing for a teacher to do is to establish rapport and set the tone for the rest of the course. The teacher can use a questionnaire or survey to allow students to get to know each other.Â
     From this unit, I have learned how to solve students' problems easily just by establishing good rapport. I will always make my lessons short and interesting so that my learners should not feel bored during my classes. I will also make sure that the activities I use are at an appropriate level and that the students have the necessary language to cope with.
