This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Though there are many approaches to teaching methodology in TEFL/TESOL. These methods are grammar-translation, audio – lingualism, \"PPP\" (presentation, practice, and production), task-based learning, CLT (Communicative Language Teaching), suggestopaedia, the Lexical approach and \"ESA\" (engage, study and activate). In this chapter ESA methodology and its applications has been discussed. It provides vast knowledge and ideas for ESA lessons. ESA is slightly different in that it is designed to allow movement back and forth between the stages. This method, as defined by Jeremy Harmer, uses more elicitation and stresses the \"Engagement\" of students in the early stages of the lesson. Both elicitation of students' knowledge and ideas and their engagement are excellent ideas in any lesson regardless of the methodology. ESA is the superior method to others.
