Both videos as examples of a good class and a poor one were very good. It clearly demonstrated how to have a good class and it also demonstrated poor characteristics of a person that would cause very poor learning conditions. Simple gestures such as smiling, eye contact, tone of voice and friendly and communicative gestures go a very long way in creating a conducive learning environment. I watched both videos twice. It was very painful for me to watch the first video; I felt so embarrassed by the teacher's actions. I was very releieved to watch the second video. I also found myself not as attentive in the first video and with the second video I really enjoyed watching it and was able to focus and pay attention much easier to what was happening. These videos were very good demonstrations of how to have good teaching habits by way of contrast. Thank you!
