To have a good lesson the teacher has to know how to evaluate the student so the student can improve in classroom and can absorb what the teacher is teaching
And it is also crucial to know what the purpose of the students is studying English so the teacher can direct the student in the right way to take a test of proficiency or a test to work in some company.
In this unit, I could learn all of these things, and I am more confident in evaluating and direct my students.The overall attitude and class participation was more enjoyable during the second lesson. It is very important to engage the students and ask them questions during class, so they will feel compelled to be involved. In the first lesson, the teacher simply talked without involving the students. In the second lesson, the teacher involved each student as much as possible. This provided a fun learning atmosphere for the students and forced them to become involved in class.
