In this 5th Unit we are exposed to the different ways we can work with the students. We reviewed ways to maintain dicipline and avoid loosing control of our class. Depending on the different ages, language level, class size we can arrange the classroom and set up different working activities wether it be in pairs, group, or individual. It is very inmportant to keep the class interested and diciplined so that good raport can build up between teacher and student.The material in Unit 4 is challenging even for a person whose first language is English! It's easy to understand why English grammar is confusing for students learning English as a second language. I am very familiar with using all the tenses without any difficulty; however, having to stop and think about categorizing the usages of the different verb forms and how to best explain them to students gave me a good deal of food for thought. Very stimulating Unit!
