This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
In this lesson, I learned about the specifics of the present form of the English language. I learned about the different structures of present form including present simple, present perfect, present continuous and so on. I also learned about the correct conjugations for verbs in present tense according to pronoun, whether the sentence is positive or negative, and whether the sentence is making a statement or asking a question. Along with that, I learned of different ways I can apply what I learned to the job and how to teach it in a way that maximizes talk time for the students. There are a number of different ways of referring to the future in English. It is important to remember that we are expressing more than simply the time of the action or event. Obviously, any future tenses will always refer to a time 'later than now', but it may also express our attitude to the future event. It certainly expresses what we believe to be the probability, the chance, the reality of something happening or whether we have already decided to do it. There is quite a bit of flexibility with future tenses; sometimes there is little or no difference among different forms.
