This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I have to say that this unit is a very challenging lesson for second language learners like me. I have to understand very slowly the explanations for every tenses in the future. The easiest to learn is the future simple perhaps because it is used a lot in everyday conversations. The most challenging is the future perfect and the future perfect continuous which I think a learner needs to learn very well and must be practiced. It is difficult to imagine these tenses especially when the time comes for me to use it in a certain situation. I must be able to work hard studying these two challenging tenses to be able to teach it without hesitation to my foreign students. I was also surprised to see some present tenses in the future form and it really surprised me. Yes, Unit 8 is a pain but studying and knowing it in the end is indeed an accomplishment. Thanks a lot...
