Being a teacher is not as simple as it sounds, but knowing and understanding given methods and techniques will surely ease this task. A good (experienced) teacher can see through and might know how to organize his/her class. Such things as a classroom arrangement will make the teaching process less complicated if all the students are seated properly. Can`t mention things like gesture, voice and teacher`s talk time and so on. Cooperation is the key.I personally think this unit reflects on one of the most important parts of teaching. Having worked with children and teenagers all my life, I really understand and believe in the importance of group management. Establishing a clear, constant and honest rapport with the students is also very important. Having fun, while learning can go much so much further! When everyone in class feels important, protected and engaged the possibilities are endless!
