This unit introduces us to the various effective ways of teaching English to non-native speakers. It provides us with the necessary knowledge, skills and methodologies to begin our career as a qualified English language teacher. It helps us to identify organization moments, which are important for teaching-learning process. Through these organization moments, teachers can gain a better understanding of how to govern their classroom, implement instruction and connect with their students.The unit five explains engage, study, activate stages in more specific topic. Now I know how I should organize my class. I realized how I would assign the task and then make the students to repeat the lesson, after I would move on to another lesson, however, the third stage: activate stage is so crucial. Another thing I am going to do is lesson plan in a flexible content, recording the results and timing the stages. Everything in this unit I consider so much valuable for me. I loved it.
