The content of this unit is a settled foundation of what to expect in any classroom environment. I've already spent several years teaching abroad and many of these points correlate directly to what I've encountered in my classrooms. What I thought to be most important are the break down of each point of a good teacher, a good learner, and the roles of a teacher. Knowing the roles a teacher needs to fulfill in every class, and how that effects a good learner/teacher rapport, is a good way to judge one's own teaching methods and figure out how to improve where one's weakest. A student shouldn't be the only one improving each lesson; a teacher should also be able to assess themselves in according to what the class requires. Having these specified bullet points as a foundation to work from make it easier to improve the classroom experience for both teacher and students.
