In this unit we have learned about common problematic situations that we as teacher can encounter starting from first lessons, unique techniques of motivating the students and how and to use warmers on the first lesson. We have discussed teaching students in a larger classes as well as students of dissimilar level of English. How to deal with usage of student's native language as well as various ways to encourage reluctant students, lastly we touched up on common difficulties with listening skills.A teacher must be prepared all of the time. Being Prepared is one of the most important ability a teacher should have. Lesson planning is very important because it serves as a guide to have a successful classes. Yes, lesson plan is a big help but a a good teacher doesn't have to rely on his/her lesson plan all of the time. There are situation wherein we should forget about our lesson plan for the sake of better class learning. We must be flexible and does not rely on our lesson plan all the time.
