Although a teacher goes through all different stages when teaching, it is interesting to know the characteristic of those stages, when to use them, in what situations, with what kind of students (more or less advanced). Although we spend a lot of time preparing the lessons, we don't really think about the way we correct the students, so learning about it, in this unit, was really helpful as were the ideas for the phases, given towards the end.The unite is quite complicated, especially when your are teaching beginners. True enough the advice that was given here to take is slowly on teaching every phase of the unit so the grasp the lesson well. Enough practice, elaborations and more than the usual amount of interaction should be taken pace for the class to understand well. Teacher should be creative enough in all phases of the lesson for the students to maximize the learning process.
