I have found that to successful in teaching English you need to allow flexibility into our lessons for students to gather their thoughts and to verbally communicate them. That maybe correcting every tiny mistakes isn't what is best for the student. I have also learned a varying ways to teacher a concept or subject matter to allow all students to learn in a way that is comfortable for them. It is exciting to have a blueprint such as, ESA, to help navigate this learning journey for our young students.Lesson plans are a good tool for teachers to plan and evaluate their lessons. The less experienced the teacher is the more detailed should the lesson plan be.
Each phase should be mentioned and planned thoroughly. Beside the content you should also be aware of the roughly time frame that you will be able to manage the aim of the lesson in the prescribed time.
After the lesson you can use your lesson plan to evaluate your lesson in a seperate evaluation that covers all important issues of the lesson.
