The information presented in this unit feels like a tutorial explaining how to cope with a selection of potential difficulties a teacher could encounter during his work. How to deal with classes containing students of different levels, large classes, reluctant students, etc... are all obstacles we will have to face one day or another. Therefore, though this unit can certainly be of use, I prefer to think that with time and experience it will become clear how to behave and act in response to all these doubts.After thoroughly reading and watching the video of this Unit, I realised the importance of classroom management, because my objective as a future teacher should be inspiring confidence on my future students.Moreover, I also learned that establishing rapport with the students is very important because the students plays a large role in setting the atmosphere in the classroom so by knowing this things, as a future teacher I am determined to practise being flexible without being dominant on my future students.
