Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class, teacher may having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline well. If the teachers want an orderly learning atmosphere, their eye contact, gesture, voice, even student’s name can help them manage the class. When teacher organize activities, the more various grouping students, the better control the process. For example: whole-class grouping, students working on their own, pairwork and group work. Normally, we organize student’s position depending on space available, furniture, student’s age, nationality and student’s personality. The class seating and teacher’s position are also effect the teachers’ talking time and student’s talking time. It also challenge our teacher’s ability on establishing rapport, maintaining discipline, and behavior problems.
