In this section I learned the advantages of teaching a multilingual class and how it can be a good thing that no one in the classroom speaks the same language and that it will force English. It was interesting to learn about teaching children vs. teaching adults and how some teachers might excel more with children and some with adults. Both are so different in what they're goals are and the motivation of the being in the classroom is. I also learned about presentations and the study phases of teaching those.The two videos showcased two teaching styles. One of the videos highlighted the importance of engaging the students in the classroom and the other reveals attributes undesirable of a good teacher. In general, these videos provided a more practical approach to learning in a classroom as I witnessed firsthand, what it means to engage students and have an enjoyable yet impactful lesson.
Although this lesson was very useful, I noticed it was not so audible and will definitely return to watch these videos again.
